株式会社創通が企画・主催 するキャラクターイベント「C3」とSOZO Pte. Ltd.が企画・主催するポップカルチャーイベント「Anime Festival Asia（以下、AFA）」を 統合し、アジアの主要都市において「C3 AFA」の名のもと、日本のアニメ、ゲーム、音楽、キャラクター、漫画・ライトノベル等を主なコンテンツとして展開するB to C イベント。
